1/2 cup red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix and let stand 10 minutes
Add gradually
Add 1 1/2 cups olive oil
Store in refrigerator.
Use on tossed salad.
