Simple Apple Cobbler

2 cans of pie filling


1 cups flour
1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted

preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 9x9 inch pan.
Sift together the dry ingredients. Mix the egg, sour cream and butter; blend well into flour mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto fruit. Bake 30-40 minutes.
