Cinnamon- Coated Brunch Cake


Mix together:

3/4 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon

Grease a 12- cup bundt cake pan with cooking oil or shortening.

Coat pan with the cinnamon mixture and shake out excess and reserve the remaining mixture.

Mix together:

3 1/4 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/4 cup melted margarine
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 eggs


Spoon half of the cake mixture into the pan.

Stir in 1/2 cup pecans with the cinnamon mixture and place on top of the cake mixture

Add the remaining cake mixture on top evenly.

Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from Pan.

Serve warm.
