Other than the baked potatoes I have made meatloaf and beans before. The bread roll here is a King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls.
I normally make only one loaf of meatlloaf but because of company I made two. The one meatloaf was enough leaving the other for a few meatloaf sandwiches and for making Spaghetti on Tuesday.
