Macaroni and Beef - American Crock Pot Recipe

Macaroni and Beef

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 cups uncooked macaroni
2 cans (103/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
1 can (16 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 medium onion
1 can (4 ounces)sliced mushrooms, drained
Salt and Pepper

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain well. Put into CROCK POT. Cook macaroni according to package directions, until barley tender; drain well. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients to CROCK POT. Stir just enough to blend. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 9 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
