Sweet and Sour Meatballs Over Rice- Crock Pot Recipe
1 pound ground beef (ground turkey)
1 egg, lightly beaten
4 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
1 tablespoon dried chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large bell pepper, cut into pieces
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 can (13 oz,) pineapple chunks, drained

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, onion, salt, and pepper. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls . In large skillet, lighly brown meatballs in oi
Drain fat from skillet. Transfer meatballs to any size CROCK POT Slow Cooker.
Stir together bell pepper, sugar, vinegar, remaining cornstarch and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High 2 to 4 hours. In last 30 minutes of cooking stir in pineapple. Serve over Rice.
