How Much Meat?
A chart to help you determine how much meat you will need for your meals.

Type of Meat Servings per pound

Boneless meat-ground, stew 4-5

Cuts w/ little bone- beef round of ham , lamb 3-4
Cuts/ medium amount of bone- beef round, bone in ham,
rump, rib or chuck roasts, steaks and chops 2-3

Cuts with a lot of bone- shank, brisket, spareribs, 1-2

Turkey 1/2-3/4

Chicken ¼ bird
