Sweet N' Sour Chicken

This is the entree I prepared today. It is very easy with only 4 ingredients and the family really likes it.

Sweet & Sour Chicken



2 chickens; cup up
1 8 oz. Bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 12 oz jar pineapple-apricot preserves

Combine ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at
350 degrees.
