Mulberry Sauce
This is a simple sauce that can be used for chicken or pork. The main problem is finding a source of mulberry jelly. If you look around you can find it online at Murphy Orchards Online Store or Gramas Jellies.
Mix together:
1/2 cup mulberry jelly
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
I mixed the two together and heated it in a sauce pan.
Spoon over your meat.
