This is my plan for a low cost menu. There are two ways I can go about the cost. I can get the cost per meal, which I will do later, or how much it will cost to buy the articles if you do not have the supplies on hand. I will leave out a few thinks such as salt but will include the cost for four when I went shopping . Of course, the cost will change with time and may vary depending where you live. I you are a vegetarian you could change the meat to something else and even make vegan meatloaf. Cooking with beans and lentils would keep costs down more than using meat. With this plan all snack will be left overs. I have made a loaf of Rustic bread for the week and Bread sticks that can be used for meals and snacks. The bread sticks were made using the same recipe as the Rustic Bread.
