Cole Slaw with Mayonnaise Dressing

This is the best Cole slaw of this kind I have found. The mayonnaise based salad has extra zip because of the mustard seed.

1 small head of cabbage
1 small red onion
1/2 green pepper
1 medium carrot
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

In the bowl of a food processor, using the steel knife blade. Place pieces of cabbage and pulse until the y reach the desired fineness. I like the pieces to be the size of my little finger nail. Transfer to a large bowl. Chop the onion, pepper and parsley and add to the cabbage. Shred the carrot and add to the mixture. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the cabbage, and toss. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
