Oven Fried Chicken Tenders

Easy Recipe

Coat chicken with non-stick oil spray, dredge in potato flakes and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake at 450F for around 15 minutes. I did not turn over but you can turn over once to get crisper chicken.
