Turkey Dill Meatballs

1 1/4 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can chicken broth (10 3/4 oz)
1 tablespoon dill weed
2/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons sugar
1 tablepoon sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 egg yolks

Mix the turkey, egg, dill and bread crumbs. Form into balls. Heat the butter in a skillet. Brown the turkey balls and then add the broth. Cover and cook until the meatballs are cooked. Remove the meat . Mix the remaining ingredients together. Slowly add the hot broth into the mixture, Pour back into pan with the meatballs and heat over low heat until it thickens. Stir and add over rice.
