1 pound ground meat 1 onion , minced 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) vegetable soup
Brown the meat and onions iin a pan.; Drain. Place potato slices in lightly greased casserole dish. Spread the gound beef and onions over the top. Pour soup over all. Cover and cook for 45 minutes at 375 degrees F. Remove cover and cook for 25 mintues longer..
