I made this using a package using Vermont curry mix. I used a mixed vegetable mix with broccoli, cauilfower and carrots.
1 lb Ground Beef or turkey or chicken
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz pkg Frozen mixed vegetable
Garlic Salt, fo taste
Curry Powder or curry package mix(any kine will do)
Crushed red pepper, if like um HOT!
Brown da ground beef. Add Can of cream of mushroom soup (no water). Add pkg of mixed vegetables. Heat on medium for 5 minutes until vegetables are soft. Add Curry til color looks good. Season with garlic salt to taste (add crushed red pepper if you like HOT!). Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve over Rice.

ReplyDeleteI'm Italian.... if you want a very simple and healty snack follow these steps:
1)Take a tomato... and cut it in two parts.
2) take a bread piece... bread must be dry or cooked.
3) squeeze and rub the tomato on the bread... then when you have finished to rub...waste the tomato skin
4) get on the bread and tomato a thread of olive oil... just a thread
5) put some salt on it... as you wish
