Cinnamon Blueberry Muffins

Cinnamon Blueberry Muffins

Yield: 12 muffins


1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup millk
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 cups blueberries

Put oven rack into middle of even and preheat oven to 400°F. Put muffin liners in muffin pan. Mix together butter, brown sugar, milk and egg until combined well. Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add milk mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.

Divide batter among muffin cups and bake until golden brown and a wooden pick inserted into the center of muffin comes out clean.
