Day 10 Sourdough Starter Regular Feeding

Start early this day. This day it becomes a stared and you give it regular feedings. Uncover and remove grapes. Squeezing any liquid out of the bag. Discard grapes. Stir well and pour off and discard all but about 1 pound 2 ounces (about 2 cups.) You can freeze some just in case something happen to your starter.

Transfer to a clean, sealable but not air tight container. Now it is ready to be fed. Time feeding are what will make it difference from a starter and culture. Feeding instructions follow.
