I was going to make this tonight but then I found out all the bananas were gone. This is a very simple shake and is low in fat with no added sugar. Instead of mango you can use orange juice, papaya or strawberries.
2 cups 1% milk
4 tablspoons mango juice (or 1 fresh mango)
1 samll banana
2 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into a blender. blend until foamy. Serve immediately.
Makes: 4 servings-Serving size 3/4 cup
Each serving provides:
106 calories
2 g. total fat
1 g. saturated fat
5 mg. cholesterol
