Ginger -Garlic Paste

A lot of recipes need Ginger-Garlic paste but you can only find either garlic paste or ginger paste at most stores around here. This is a recipe to make it it you need the paste for a recipe. You can use either water or oil. It will last longer in the oil if you store it in the fridge. This can be saved in the fridge or frozen.

6 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
2 inches fresh ginger peeled, and shopped into long thin slices
1/8 cups water

Put everything in a blender bowl, cover and process until smooth.
Use in any recipe that calls for ginger-garlic paste.
