St. Patrick's Day Parfait

I do not really celebrate this holiday really since I am neither Catholic nor Irish but it is fun to make some of this entrees, vegetables and desserts. It also gives me an excused to make one of my favorite meals- Corned Beef and Cabbage. This following parfait is a simple American processed food dessert.

Box instant Chocolate pudding
Cool whip
Green food coloring

Make the pudding according to directions on package. Mix food coloring in the cool whip.
