Shopska Salad-A Bulgarian Favourite

This recipe has feta cheese but the real salad uses a ripened cow or sheep cheese.

4 servings:

4 green onions
4 medium tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
optional: parsley
Grated Feta or Bulgarian white cheese
Salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil

Cut up all ingredients into cubes or slices. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Mix 1 tablespoon vinegar and 2 tablespoons oil together. Sprinkle on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
