Apple Oatmeal

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 apple -- peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • cinnamon and sugar
In an 8-cup microwavable container, combine all ingredients except cinnamon and sugar.

Microwave on high, uncovered, for 4 and a half minutes, stirring at the end of each minute, or until thick and creamy.

Let stand 1 minute, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Have a great breakfast!!!
