Tortilla Chips

Baked tortilla chips are much lower in fat then fried ones. This is a recipe for baked chips. You can season them with chili powder or taco seasoning.

6 (6-inch) corn tortillas
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. lightly spray both side of tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. Stack tortillas and cut into four pieces. Lay quarters on a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake chips for 8 to 9 minutes or until crisp.
