Serves 4-6
Brown 1 pound bulk sausage in skillet.
Break up large pieces and drain off excess fat.
Arrange in 2 quart casserole
2 medium raw sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
browned sausage
Combine and pour over.
2 tabslpoon sugar
1 tabslpoon flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
Cover and bake at 375 degrees F. for about one hour or until potatoes and apples are tender.
