Mini-Pizzas

We used to have these when I was growing up with spaghetti. My mom took the spaghetti sauce and used it for the pizza sauce.


Serves -6

Split and arrange on baking sheet.
6 English muffins

Combine in bowl:

2 cups tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon italtian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Coat muffins with tomato mixture

Sprinkle on:

2 cups grated cheese

Broil until cheese is bubbly. Remove and serve hot.
