Lisa's Asian-Style Meatballs


4 tablespoons Apricot Preserves/Jam
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar (if desired to taste)

1 pound ground turkey/beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten


Mix together the meat, breadcrumbs and eggs. Form into balls. Place in 8 x 8 inch pan.

Mix together the apricot preserves, oyster sauce, vinegar and sugar. Spoon over meatballs. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until meatballs are cooked.

Serve on rice.
