My daughter made very simply decorated cookies by icing with one color and adding sprinkles. I use 1 cup powdered sugar with 1/2 teaspoon milk and add food coloring until I get the color wanted. Adjust milk and sugar to get desired consistency. I usually add a few drops of flavoring. I will make more elaborate decorated ones later to give as gifts later
