Homemade Pizza

True Italy Pizza requires the use of cheese made out of Buffalo milk. not the American Bison (Buffalo) but the Asia Buffalo.



Makes one Pizza

1 uncooked Homemade Pizza Dough
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup Pizza sauce or store bought
1/2 can (10 1/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (optional)
1/2 pound cheese , Mozzarella , Colby, cheddar
Ant other topping desired, optional

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Roll out the dough and line a pizza pan or cooking sheet, as directed on pizza dough directions. Cook the beef until brown in a frying pan and drain well. Before adding the ingredients on top of the dough pop it into the oven for 3 minutes. This will make spreading the sauce easier. Spread the dough with the sauce and top with the beef, Then drop the mushroom soup by teaspoons evenly on top (It will spread during baking). Sprinkle the cheese and any other toppings and bake for 25 minutes or until edges are brown.
