Makes 1 pizza crust
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, slat, milk and oil, Stir vigorously until the e mixture pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Gather the dough together and press into a ball. Knead the dough in the bowl 10 times until smooth. Flatten the dough evenly on a pizza pan or baking sheet, turning up an d pinching or pleading the edge 1/2 inch all around. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 30 minutes, or until the toppings are done.
