THE ALL AMERICAN GRILLED CHEESE

Jesus Grilled Cheese
There is nothing better than Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup for a cold Fall day lunch. You might even get lucky and have an art work grilled cheese.


THE ALL AMERICAN GRILLED CHEESE
SANDWICH

2 slices bread per sandwich
2 slices cheese slice, preferably Cheddar or American
Butter or margarine

Butter one side of both bread slices and place on a griddle preheated to 350 to 375 degrees. Put on one slice of cheese one each bread slice. Cook until golden brown o and the cheese starts to melt. Remove from griddle. Place slices together. Cut in half and serve immediately.
For an variation, use Swiss cheese or other cheese and add a slice of ham or bologna. Griddle as above.

For best results serve with Tomato Soup so you can dip the sandwich in it.
