Tuna-Noodle Casserole
Tuna-Noodle Casserole
fish, main dish
3 cups medium noodles
1 cup celery; chopped
1/4 cup onion; chopped
2 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 10 3/4 oz can condensed mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 9 1/4 oz can tuna,; drained, flaked
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan cook celery and onion in margarine or butter till
tender. Stir in soup and milk. Gently stir in fish and noodles. Transfer to
a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in a 375°F oven for 25-35 minutes or till
heated through.
Yield: 4 servings
