We had a Russian style meal. Chicken Kiev, Strawberries Romanov, plain rice and corn . This is a very easy dessert. I used coolwhip in the picture.
1 Quart Strawberries
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3-4 Tablespoons Kirsh, orange flaovored liqueor or orange juice
1 cup chilled whipping cream
Mix the powdered sugar and liquor or juice gently with the strawberries. Add whipping cream when serving.
