Meat Loaf

To tell you the truth I am not much of a Meat loaf fan. The family loves it so I make it. This is a tasty recipe.

Meat Loaf

low-cal, main dish, meats

2 lbs ground beef
1 cup water
1- 6 oz package stuffing mix
2 eggs; beaten
1/2 cup barbecue sauce; divided

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl mix meat, stuffing, eggs and half or barbecue sauce. Shape
into an oval loaf in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.; top with remaining
barbecue sauce.

Bake until center is now longer pink, about 1 hour.


Yield: 8 servings
