Mango Bread

When I lived in Hawaii they made Mango bread and that is how I tried it. I do not make this too often but a few times a year I do.

Mango Bread


2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 egg
2 mangos; chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees F, for
one hour. Cool for 20 minutes.
