Banana Bread

This is a simple but yummy bread. I still want to try making other flavors with this basic recipe. I will let you know later.





Banana Bread

1 box yellow Cake mix
1 package instant BANANA CREAM PUDDING
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 bananas (medium); ripe
4 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F. 40-45 minutes
