Aunty Sandy's Macaroni Salad

Aunty Sandy's Macaroni Salad


1 bag medium macaroni
2-3 del Monte sweet pickles ( save juice)
1 or 2 carrot; grated
1/4 cup celery
1 small can sliced olives
3 eggs, boiled
2 teaspoon mustard

Boil macaroni according to pkg. directions, drain, rinse w/cold water. Mix
macaroni, chopped sweet pickles and sweet pickle juice, onions, carrot,
celery and olives. Add mayonnaise mixed w /2 tsp mustard, salt and pepper.
Add 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped, very gently into mixture. Taste, may need
more mayo. When done put one slice egg on top, if desired.
