I took a cup of chocolate graham crackers crumbs and added 1 teaspoon of the Promise spread. I pressed this on the bottom of a 8 " square baking dish.
Mix together 1 6 oz package of fat free cream cheese, 1/4 cups sugar, 1 6-8 oz container of fat free vanilla yogurt, 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix together until well blended. Spoon over top of crumbs and let set. Add a can of slow sugar or sugar free cherry pie filling on top. Serve. It wAS actually better the next day.
