This is a simple cake using a cake mix when you need a desert quick. You can make it fancier using a icing or just sprinkle powder sugar over the top. I would also be nice to use a sauce.
1 package strawberry cake mix
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 cup water
4 eggs
Blend all the ingredients together at medium speed for about 2 minutes. Pour into greased and lfoured cake pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degree F.
