Historic Victorian Kirby House Resturant

Kirby House

Sign

Saturday night I went to the Kirby House again. It is an Historic Victorian home built in 1855made in the restaurant. It serves traditional Midwestern fare of steak, seafood, chicken and pork. I usually like to go there for the prime rib which is offered on Saturday night. but this time decided to try the fried shrimp. It is a very well prepared dish. It has limited serving times but if you are in the areas of Abilene off of I70 in Kansas or visiting the Eisenhower Center you just might want to try the place out since it is nearby.
