I have had this recipe for a long time. I am not sure anymore where it came from but it is a good recipe. You can make the the fruit part ahead of time and freeze so it is ready to use when you need it. I have not seen many other recipe that have bananas in it. The other ingredients use juice concentrate and cans of juice. This is a good punch for a luau or any other party. The recipe calls for gingerale but you can use a lemon-lime soda.

2 cups sugar, dissolved in 4 cups hot water
2 orange juice frozen concentrate (12 oz.)
1 frozen lemonade concentrate (6 oz.)
2 cans pineappple juice (large cans)
6 cups water
8-12 bananas, blend ed in blender to mush

Mix all the ingredients, divide in half in 2 containers and freeze.
When ready to use take out of freezer one hour before serving.
Mix 3 cups of base with 3 bottles of gingerale.
