Sourdough Starter and Using commercial Mixes

Pancakes

1 1/2 cups starter
1 cup Krusteaz pancake mix
3/4 cup water

Use package directions to prepare.


biscuits

1 1/2 cups starter
2 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick)


Mix and cut with biscuit cutter or use glass to cut into a circle. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees F.
