Porcupine Stew -Dutch Oven Recipe

3 pounds ground beef or turkey
2 boxes Rice-A-Roni-any flavor
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup mashed potato
3 eggs, beaten
1 pound carrots, diced
5 potatoos, diced
1 can green beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomaotes

Mix meat, onion, Rice-a-roni and flavor packet, mash potatoes and eggs together. Make into meatballs. Brown in a Dutch oven. Add five cups of water and simmer for 30 minutes. Add other ingredients and simmer for another 30 minutes.

Servings: 10
