Zippy Beef Casserole
I do not normally do a lot of processed food casseroles but tonight was an acception. All I can say was that it was okay. I used cheddar and I think nacho would had given it better flavor or adding some spices might had made it better.
1 (6.8 ounce) box Rice-a-Roni or Rice Pilaf
1 can nacho cheese soup or cheddar cheese soup plus 1 can water
2 eggs
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 F; uncover and continue baking 10 to 15 minutes.
