Corned Beef and Cabbage plus other Vegetables (Crockpot)

2 1/2 pounds medium new potatoes cut in half
2 cups baby cut carrots
1 cup frozen small whole onions, thawed
3 -31/2 pound corned beef brisket
1 cabbage cut into 6 wedges.
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup water
seasoning package

Mix potatoes, carrots and onions in a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker.
Thoroughly rinse corned beef. Place beef and seasonings on vegetables; sprinkle with pepper. Pour 1/2 cup water over.

Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 9 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.
