Citrus Carmelized Salmon

When Ventura was a little more than a dusty oil town. The Lobster Trap in Oxnard, California marina area was the place to go for a nice Seafood dinner. It was about a 45 minute drive but I have only been to the restaurant a couple of times but both times were very good. This recipe was taken from the Oxnard Tourist Board.
