Boneless Texas Ribs (Grilling machine)

2 pounds boneless beef ribs
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder

Trim meat of fat.

Combine spices and rub into the meat on all sides. Let the meat stand for 5 minutes

Preheat grilling machine.

Close the lid and grill for 6-7 minutes.

Don't overcook!

Serves 4-6
