1 pound pasta/3 cup olive oil
1 cup fresh basil , chopped
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
5 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup Romano or Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to directions on package. Meanwhile, preheat large sauce pan with olive oil. Add garlic and basil. Cook for 2 minutes. Add Chicken broth and simmer for 1 minute. Add hot pasta and mix well. Add butter, cheese, salt and pepper.
