Pot Roast Au Jus


This is what I had planned for the roast beef I prepared on Sunday. Make a Roast such as the Garlic Lovers Roast and make an extra roast or twice as much so you will have some for another meal.


Slice or shred meat.

If necessary, skim fat from cooking juices.

Place meat on rolls.

Serve sandwiches with cooking juices.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
