Strawberry Bread or Muffins

I used to go to this one restaurant for breakfest in California until it went out of business. I went their mostly for the Strawberry Nut Muffins. I have had this recipe for a while and will try it soon to see if makes a good muffin. I have only found two recipes for strawberry muffins or bread and one had whole wheat This recipe came from Larry Bly's.

2 loafs

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon soda
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cups vegetable oil
2- 10 ounce packages of frozen strawberries, thawed
3 eggs, beaten

Combine the first 5 ingredients and mix well. Combine eggs, oil and berries and add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F. for one hour or until wooden pick comes out clean.
