Verde Enchiladas Casserole-Mex-American
This is very easy and fast
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 35 minutes
I used half cheddar and half goat cheese when I made the casserole.
1 can Campbells's Creamy Chicken Verde Soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Cumin (optional)
2 Cups cubed, cooked chicken or 1 pound ground turkey cooked
4 four tortilla, cut into strips
1 cup cheese, shredded,(cheddar, jack or what you like)
Mix the soup, water, garlic and poultry. Stir in tortillas. Spread in 2 quart greased baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot.
Serves 4
